Ah Choo,,,
Since Wednesday, have been sneezing. Well, I thought, it's just normal for your nose to sneeze due to dusty environment.
Thursday morning went to bathe before heading to school for lessons at 9am, then clean my nose part because of black pores. Then the water hurt my nose and started to feel running nose. That's normal as such situation I experience before. So thought nothing happened.
Ended up I caught a cold in class with those really super strong aircons and plus with the cold weather. After lessons, spent some time at The Square at 31 to wait for 5pm SIG meeting. Ended up, location changed from The Square at 31 to eGarage. Alright committee meeting was okay rather as compared to some meeting I had with the adults last Sunday. I guess I get along very well with people around my age because of the endless ideas for youths. We decided to submit a proposal to Ms Lee to approve the activities to bring in the members. I realised something contradict about my lecturer which I would not want to blog about it.
Yesterday, thought I was alright and went to class for 4 hours for IS modules. Right in the ISM module, I feel a bit sick and no mood to really understand the lesson even though typed notes using the notepad program. End of school, took the same bus as Rui Ping. Then when reach home, my head was really tight and went to bathe and took 2 panadols and slept 2 hours and then woke up to eat porridge.
Monday is NAFA test. Sigh.
Tomorrow going for a new haircut, perhaps new hairstyle.

No School but eLearning
Today is a slightly different day from normal weekdays though. It's my school's division eLearning day. So yea no need to wake up at 8am but at 8.30am just to get ready with morning bath and get myself ready right in front my notebook just to login to the MeL system to be actively in doing the group activity in the discussion board. MeL system was pretty lag but of cause it is way better than the previous run on eLearning. Previous eLearning on MeL was terrible. That's probably the reason why Ngee Ann Poly has to upgrade it's MeL system to a newer version.
Morning was Supply Chain Management (SCM) module and had to submit answers for the activity. I'm appointed as the leader to initiate discussions and summarise group members' work.
Afternoon was Web Database Development Module (WDD) and had to do tutorials individually. Answers can be taken from the appendixes (slides) but of cause did some rephrasing on the answers. 7 questions in all.
One funny thing encountered in Windows Live Messenger just now in the afternoon. I typed my nick as "SOMEONE USING IMAC IN ELEARNING SIA". And my lecturer (used to be) msn me and said she was one of them and asked me if I'm referring to her. Lecturer having eLearning at home as well. And I know she was using iMac afterall at home. So yea, the nick was about her. haha. But of cause I didn't even bother to tell her. And I do not want to be hunt down by her in school.

Solution: Div won't align to center
Have you ever dealing with div just to centralise the div on your user interface?
Fret not, I have just dealt with it when trying to design a website.
Basically, you will type such css codes to align your div to center.
margin: auto;
padding: auto;
But however, it works on Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. Internet Explorer on the other hand, mess the alignment and it will actually align to the left. So how do I align the div to the center.
Simple, remove any headers to your html files or php files and replaced it with
"http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">
Viola!

Windows Live Mail Application
I know this post comes a bit later though, but I would like to share everyone on Windows Live Mail application which was developed by Microsoft as part of the Windows Live Messenger and those packages.
Recently, I reformated my notebook from Windows Vista Business to Windows 7 Professional. Yea, I know everything wipes out except for some of my old documents. And I realised, hey, my Windows Mail (another alternative for Microsoft Outlook) was deleted. Okay, I could not find any application which I can use it to check my company emails since I have to use my company email account to access those important emails from clients. Guess what, and I went to google and I search on Windows Mail or Microsoft Outlook for Windows 7 Operating System. There seems to be no hope though I tried one solution which was to use the Windows Mail files and folders in the Windows Vista and copied over to the Windows 7 C Drive. The end result was failed! I was quite worried about this since I could not even copy those emails to my personal email account such as Gmail. So I continued to search, and I saw Windows Live Mail application which can be used as another alternative. But of cause since I was busy with work, so I did not bother to try it until today. :) My notebook is installed with Windows Live Messenger and not Windows Live Mail because I dislike unwanted applications to be installed onto my notebook. It took me 5 minutes to install the application. And I have managed to link it up to my Gmail and my company email. I was happy that my Gmail setup takes less than 20 seconds since the application was clever enough to identify it as a Gmail account through the Gmail account domain name. But of cause for those specified ones like company emails, the settings have to be configured correctly.
If you do not have Windows Mail or Microsoft Outlook applications in your computer to setup your company emails, then why not install Windows Live Mail application and simply configure your company email account settings given by your system administrator or network administrator?

Nothing beats this...
Morning service started off with serving as a projectionist.
Off after church went for early lunch on Bak Kut Teh opposite of Central. The whole meal cost me $19. $1 more to $20. Been bothered a lot on money these few days because trying to save up money and bank into my bank account. Well, there was a month when I really bought a lot in a day at Vivocity. Oh yea, trying to cut things in knowing that bad times do come. Then off to Central with mum for shopping before heading to church for a cell committee meeting. Really enjoyed the times I have with my mum. Telling her my problems I faced in school, the challenge I faced in church as I serve, a great mum who is always there for me and someone who can pray for me.
Alright, my shortest time for shopping today since I had to head down to church for a meeting. My very first meeting with a pastor and other Chinese adults, obviously, I was the youngest of all. It sounded everything was of a mature topic. Well, knowing the job scope that I have to be in charged in the areas of IT and publicity. Alright that sounds alright to me since it's within my capabilities. Hearing from pastor's plans for 2010, realised there will be 2 new cell ministry next year in the Chinese Department. I can't wait for the Chinese Youth Cell Ministry though.
I really thankful that SIG has no trainings at the moment. Really need a moment to rest and slow down my life.
Alright shall stop here now. Off to revision.

Overview of second week of school
Currently listening to: Jesus Is Album (Remix by Hillsong London)
19 October was my first day of my Year 3, Semester 2 (last semester before graduating) after 4 months of internship and 2 months of working on competition. Well I thought, I would actually miss school a lot. Guess what, I don't feel it. Perhaps because I came back to school during holidays just to work on the competition with my girls.
My three wishes for school reopen wer:
1. Get good results for the final semester. In order to achieve a cumulative gpa of 3.8, I have to attain 4.0 gpa this semester though already got 3.75 gpa.
2. Less involved in school activities (e.g. SIG)
3. Enjoy studies like never before.
Looks like my second point is somewhat already achieve because it seems the SIG activities seems to fade away. First point and third have no achieved yet until Common Test.
Anyway, these 2 weeks, I have been quite busy with either school work or church activities. These few days quite a few of hiccups going on. I'm not going to blog about those things.
Gonna have an early sleep tonight because kinda sleep deprived these few nights even though I slept about 8 hours? I need 10 hours of sleep.

What am I busy with?
What am I busy with? Sounds like Facebook status right?
Alright I shall stop my crap though.
Lately, trying to finish up my pile of web development works from project showcasing for company to recently started to continue with the EnviroJournal web application revamp using CodeIgniter PHP Framework. Well, I could not agree more on such framework because it totally suits my needs. You are able to code in the framework more faster than the original PHP. But of cause why do you have to reinvent the world, so just use the framework will do when speed and time are the issues.
Now that school is going to reopen this Monday, well, I should continue with web developments even though my final semester is here. This is how I enjoyed doing when it is my interest and passion. Now that I sounds like a geek.
